How to: Find Cheap Housing loan thru pag-ibig

Pagbig fund has launched their property finder. Where you can find foreclosed houses for very cheap price.

1. Click PagibigFundPropertyFinder

2. Select the house in your preferred location and inspect it on site. (Take note the Property No./HLID)

3. If you decided on the property go to  Pagibigfund Acquired Asset Dept. at 7^th Floor, JELP Building, 409 Addition Hills, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

4. Then Pay the reservation fee. The last time i know it is 1,000 pesos.

5. After you pay you will be given a requirements list. And take the housing loan seminar.

6. When you complete your requirements. You can pay your down payment and sign a contract to sell.
