As the message says you cannot connect to a network or error on a modem. So at first check, if you have an internet connection. But this tutorial is not about fixing your internet and so we assumed that your internet is not the problem that caused this error. This tutorial shows about resolving the error 0x800CCC13 on outlook using the scannow command in windows.
- Firstly, close your outlook
- On you windows search box type: command prompt
- point your mouse in command prompt then right click
- Select run as administrator
- Type: SFC /scannow
After the scan finish restarts your computer then check your outlook if it is working.
